We currently ship original paintings, select fine art prints, and apocrathy items within the U.S. and to select international locations.
Art Prints & Originals:

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Original Paintings & Custom Requests:
May require additional time for secure packaging and handling.
Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Sacred Arts & Wellness Products:
Processing Time:
Ritual kits, altar tools, apothecary items, and spiritual goods typically ship within 7–10 business days.
Handcrafted Nature:
Due to the handmade or energetically prepared nature of these items, slight variations may occur.

Shipping timelines will be communicated directly upon confirmation of your order.
Custom & Commissioned Works:

All artwork is shipped using reputable, insured carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority, depending on the size, value, and destination.
Tracking & Confirmation
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped, allowing you to monitor the journey of your piece in real time.
Packaging & Protection
Each piece is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. This includes custom wrapping, padding, and reinforced boxes for originals and framed works.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer domestic and select international shipping, with timelines and rates calculated at checkout or communicated directly for special orders.
Signature Confirmation (when applicable)
For high-value original artworks or limited editions, signature upon delivery may be required to ensure secure receipt.

All original artworks and prints are individually wrapped using archival-quality materials to preserve the integrity of the piece during transit.
Custom Fit & Protective Materials
We use protective corners, acid-free tissue, foam padding, and sturdy, reinforced boxes or tubes tailored to the size and fragility of each item.
Handled with Care
Every piece is inspected, handled with gloves, and packed in a clean, secure environment to avoid fingerprints, scratches, or dust contamination.
Transit-Safe Standards
Our packaging meets or exceeds industry standards for fine art shipping, ensuring your piece arrives safely whether it's traveling across town or across continents.
Special Request- Framed Work Preparation
For framed pieces, glass-safe wraps and shock-resistant supports are used to minimize risk during handling and transport.
Personalized Support
For original or high-value works, we provide personalized communication regarding packaging and shipping details to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Custom Orders & Agreements
For original works, commissions, or bulk/custom purchases, shipping costs may be included in your personalized agreement or invoice.
International Shipping & Customs
We are pleased to offer international shipping; however, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and may vary by country.
Pre-Shipment Communication
For international or custom orders, we’ll communicate all estimated shipping fees and timelines before final confirmation to ensure full transparency.
Customs Documentation
All international orders include the necessary customs documentation, accurately completed to prevent delays—though we cannot control any border-related holdups.
Return Policy
Art Prints:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus original shipping fees.
Original Paintings: FINAL SALE
All original artworks are NON-REFUNDABLE
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, returns or exchanges are not offered.
Damaged in Transit: If your piece arrives damaged, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@ashleyreneart.com with photos and order details to initiate a damage claim.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork: FINAL SALE
Custom and commissioned artwork is made specifically for each client through a collaborative and personalized process. As such:
All commissioned artwork is non-refundable once a deposit has been made and work has begun.
Any changes to the agreed-upon concept, size, medium, or timeline must be requested in writing and approved.
Shipping for custom works will be arranged upon completion and billed based on destination and size.
Ashley Renè Atelier retains the right to document and publish images of commissioned works for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sacred Arts & Wellness Services– Cancellation & Refund Policy
Spiritual Sessions are Non-Refundable After Delivery:
All sessions are non-refundable once delivered or rendered.
24-Hour Cancellation Window:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling for late cancellations is at the discretion of Ashley Renè.
Apothecary & Ritual Products: Due to hygiene and spiritual integrity, these items are final sale and non-returnable. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
